🌿 Basil White Bean Dip... T W O W A Y S! 😯
1 can cannellini beans, drained, save the liquid
3T Basil Olive Oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
2T lemon juice
1T bean liquid
1/2 cup packed basil leaves
Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse, to taste
..and to make it Mediterranean;
1️⃣ Dice castlevetrano olives, kalamata olives & artichokes, then add to a small frying pan
2️⃣ Add capers & allow flavors to come together
3️⃣ Spoon over the white bean dip then top with feta! 🤤
