Desert Star Quail Farm

I just hatched 13 out of 24 eggs from my flock. One of the chicks was unable to finish his "zip" so I opened a tiny bit to get his head out and he did the rest. He is still struggling and now I see why he had problems. He is missing the top part of his beak. He only has the bottom part.
What are the chances of his survival? I hate to do a mercy cull when he's tried so hard to make it, but if it's a male he'll be culled anyways when he's older.

What color is this girl? She is out of a falb fee male and a white hen. She looks like a ginger fee or maybe a pearl? No black just tan/cream markings. She is super sweet and very pretty.

One of my young 7wk old roos somehow broke both of his wings. One is a compound fracture with the bone sticking out. The other wing is broke in the same place. I have no idea how he managed this he has 4 females with him and they are fine. He is eating and drinking and moving around. Any ideas on how else to help him?

I just had to cull two of my prettiest boys because of bad behavior. They chose to scalp two of the younger hens in their cage.
One is pretty bad, don't know if she will make it. The other one is still eating and drinking so should be fine. I hate that they do this.
Luckily I got some eggs to do another hatch.

Color/Pattern help. This hen hatched out from a Falb fee roo and a white hen with Splash lines.
What color & pattern is this?
It is a light pastel color and looks pansy/Italian in markings. She also has a gray/white sister with same pattern. I like these colors and temperaments are nice. So what would I breed to to make more?

What's the best way to grow out your males? I have 6wk old babies together in a cage and I would like to put the females in my large coop. Don't the males fight in a bachelor pad? I don't butcher until about 10 weeks.
