I have two loafs of fresh out of the oven sourdough sandwich bread in their cooldown phase. This bread makes the best open faced sandwiches. It’s sturdy and a slice is tall enough to get all of whatever your choice of protein or sandwich filling is and it’s soft enough to chew easily. $10 per loaf and I do take preorders for these as well.

I had been looking another small roaster… had no idea when Pender and I walked in agri supply today I would find one…look how puffy that dough is..these are dill pickle and hoop cheese loafs I will bake in the morning. This is one of my favorites. It’s baked with pickle juice added to the water used, dried dill, chopped dill pickles and shredded hoop cheese… $12

Henny Penny and Chick a Dee said since October is breast cancer awareness month I should run a special on the pumpkin shaped spiced apple c***r sourdough and the pumpkin spice sourdough loaf..so…all month they will be $10. Big Bertha worked hard last month and earned herself a new outfit and bow today…she said she is willing to work even harder this month…(she’s a beast)…I think she’s just looking another new outfit next month.😉… the tata’s need mammogramming….not instagramming..😉

Oh my word! A perfect experiment! Orange/cranberry sourdough muffins fresh out of the oven..a crunchy turbinado sugar/orange zest baked on top and just a tiny drizzle of a orange glaze….i HAD 12….i have 11…🥴🥴I was the official taste tester this morning…whew y’all! They really are delicious! 2 for $7 or $3.50 each… I will put drizzle in a container for you.

All the caramel apple c***r donuts went out the door before I could get a picture . The bread dough is hanging around to be baked at 4:30 in the morning and then 3 of them will be gone … the two butter croissant toffee crunch are available… who wants one? And the picture of the soup…Walmarts white chicken chili for the win and a slice of one of my mini sourdough sandwich loaf. (That’s my dinner).
