The tale of trial and errorā€¦

I remember when we first got cattle and we decided to cross them over a road without fully closing them off with poly wire.. you can guess what happened - cows out and neighbors needed ASAP.

Now we confidently move a couple hundred head over half a mile without a poly wire guide the entire way (thanks to our Hangin Tree cow dogs)

Each season is different, every variation of rainfall and grass regrowing - the only thing that doesnā€™t change around here is the constant change. Ranching is about being responsive - to your cattle, to your land and to your market. Resilience is not letting that constant pressure bring you down

Life is already hard. So surround yourself with people who give you relief, support, and love.

There is no need to allow the people who only take from you to remain when you can choose people who build you up and you build them up too. Then you can be building together
