Fun at the Appalachian Fair! 🎡

I think 6 or 7 different kids showed our highlands from the supreme drive to cow buddies! I am especially proud of Noah and how much he has improved in the last year!

My family has been coming to this show for years and we hope the Highland show continues to grow every year!

We believe the future of the Highland breed starts with our juniors, and they have always been a big focus of the Southeast Highland Cattle Show.

This year, we’re excited to offer cash prizes for our Junior Show, with $500 awarded to Champion Heifer, $500 to Champion Steer, and $250 to each Reserve Champion.

The 2026 Southeast Highland Cattle Show is also an AHCA Super Point Show, making this a great opportunity to get your cattle in the ring at the biggest Highland cattle event in the Southeast.

Our Junior Show begins Friday, October 16 at 9 AM, followed by Junior Showmanship at 11 AM and the Open Show at noon.

Show entries are open now! Bring your juniors, bring your cattle, and come be part of the Southeast this October.
