Hollow Stone Farm: Our Story

We are a new organic produce farm focusing on heirloom varieties of delicious vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, eggplant, kale, spinach, chard, radishes, beets, cabbage, collard greens, mustard greens, parsnips, beans, carrots, potatoes, and microgreens. Fruits on our farm include unique raspberry and black berry varieties, mulberries, exotic figs, and currants. We also have an array of culinary and medicinal herbs such as basil varieties, cilantro varieties, parsley varieties, sage, mints, lemon balm, lemon verbena, and more.

On Saturday mornings you can find us at the Johnson City Farmer’s Market, and we will soon be setting up on Wednesday mornings. We have plans to also start selling our vegetables and herbs at the Kingsport and Erwin Farmers Markets. In the coming months, we will be establishing a weekly subscription service program where customers can have boxes of our fresh, healthy produce delivered right to their door as long as they are within 45 miles of our location.

We have a true passion for taking part in the efforts to revolutionize the current food industry and establish more connectedness between people, their food, and where it comes from. We look forward to providing our own community with convenient, local, and organic foods.
