Bacalhau or Salt cod, also goes by the name bacalao (Spanish), morue (French), and baccala (Italian). It is a salt-cured and preserved fish that has been eaten for hundreds of years! It has been compared to the “prosciutto of the sea.” Try cooking fish in a different way, or revisit an old family recipe. Either way, it’s sure to be delish!
