Sweet Pipers, Distinctive Homemade Delights A Filipino/Hawaiian-themed dessert shop. A family ran business that serves tasty treats with a smile! We specialize in taste of the island-themed delicacies.

We are a family owned business that recently opened our brick and mortar July 2023. Some of our best sellers to date are our Ube Buko Pie, Mochi Bites, and Cassavas. We have specials of the day/week so please stay tuned with our updates. Orders/Delivery/Payment:

Update: Our shop will be closed every Thursday as we are now part of Berkeley Farmers Market in Shattuck! Woohoo!

It had been our trademark photo eversince we started. We're doing more of a tropical vibe this time to capture the treats we produce. For Serious Inquiries Only!!

Some are aware but for those who aren't, we are selling our lease for our brick and mortar spot in Pinole CA. We are not closing our Sweet Pipers business when it comes to pop-ups, events and pre-orders, but just working smartly. The past 3 years we have found that as business owners of only 2 employees (Rowe & Jack), we are not able to fully commit full time to running our bakeshop. We purchased this location in the hopes of growing and having a space for us to do all our baking but found it's not doable with one of us also having a 9-5 job.

For those interested, kindly DM us for the specifics. The location is perfectly suited for any bakers or if you'd like to do a grab and go food place. Permits will be easy to obtain as everything is updated and fixed to run as a full on bakery. Our shop is located inside Park View Plaza, right next to Fernandez Park, Across from Pear Street Bistro and St. Joseph's Church. A very friendly location in the community of Pinole!

Please note, most equipments inside the shop are included in the sale. Pictures are for reference only to show the inside of the place. We’re not selling any of these items.

Apologies as our shop will be closed the following Saturdays this month due to events. This Saturday/Sunday 5/9-5/10, we will be at May Day at the Alameda County Fairgrounds Pleasanton celebrating May Day (come join us).

Sweet Pipers along with multitude of your favorite vendors (about 185+) will be at the OMG Millbrae Lunar New Year Festival this Sat/Sun Feb 14/15! Don’t let the tidbits of rain stop you from this yearly festival. We will have new items on our pre-packed list of taste of da island bites and lots of treats to choose from for you to take home and enjoy!

Location will be between 200-400 in Broadway, Millbrae from 10am-5pm. We’re starting to roll on our pop-up events now so be sure to come see us!

Yes more updates... good and maybe not so good, depends on your perspective 😉

We just got accepted to Sausalito's Farmers Market on Sundays, which means our shop will be closed on Sundays beginning Feb 1 thru end of May (for now). We think this is a great opportunity for us for more exposures to introduce our taste of the islands treats to other markets. From the previous post, we have made the decision of utilizing our shop to serve as our production and baking facility, allowing us to efficiently prepare for large orders, pop-ups, special events, and now Farmers Market. We're also awaiting acceptance for Thursday ones in Marin. We will now only be open on select days dedicated to pre-orders and in-store purchases. Those days and hours will be posted regularly online. Just type Sweet Pipers in your browser to search for us.

As much as we’d love to keep regular weekday hours, it's simply not feasible while we focus on growing and maintaining the quality of what we do. That said, pre-orders and walk-ins will still be available on the specific days we announce as open. Just ☎️🤳 us to inquire.

We are excited for our new journey on this new year, so please stay alongside us and wish us well.🙏 We're still joining pop-ups so stay tuned for our monthly dates of events.

Brazo de Mercedes, a popular Filipino dessert consisting of a soft, airy meringue roll filled with a rich, sweet custard (yema). This version is with cashews in the filling which elevated the taste more! Thinking of adding this to our menu, but weighing the cost since it uses lots of eggs per batch. We’ll probably serve it spontaneously so keep an eye on our postings.
