Lastly, while the basis of our business is to provide good quality chicks affordable, the heart of our business is to provide excellent quality customer care. We are here for you before, during and after the sale. We honestly strive to make you a friend and a part of our chicken family. We will treat you like we would want to be treated...with honesty, patience, and understanding. We don't have set hours because chickens and our addictins to them don't have set hours. If you have a problem or need to make an order...we are here, damn near 24 hours a day. We provide you with the support you might need, when you need it. One more thing we hae that the feed store doesn't....a return policy. We understand that sometimes, they just don't make it . It isn't fair that you buy a box of happiness, only to lose that a little of that happiness a day or two later.
