A new addition to the farm! We welcomed “Lars,” a Red Devon bull, from yesterday. Red Devons are excellent for pasture-based systems so we are thrilled to have his genetics to get our 100% grass fed beef operation going. We are excited for calves next year!

We will be vendors at 3 farmers’ markets this year!

The first is which opens tomorrow but we will be starting next Saturday, April 25th and will be there every other weekend through November 12! The market runs from 8am-1pm every Saturday (except Sept. 12th).

The second is which starts Wednesday, May 20th and goes til August 12th, 4-7pm! We will be there all 15 weeks!

Last but not least is the which is every Saturday from May 30th til October 31st from 9am-12:30pm! We will be there every week, but Chris will only be there every other week due to the Doylestown market.

Each market has a wide variety of vendors, live music, ready-made food, and more! Come see us at any and all!

Sophia Grace (Sophie) joined us April 1st at 10:19pm. 7lbs 3oz, 20.5” long. She is doing great, already surpassed her birth weight on Monday! And her big brother loves giving her kisses 😊

The farm is ramping up with lambing set to start in a couple weeks, and something new in the works! Stay tuned 😁

Sausage Bundle: 1 pack hot dogs, 1 pack bratwurst, 1 pack sweet Italian, 1 pack hot Italian

Specialty Sausage Bundle: 1 pack beer and cheddar brats, 1 pack apple/onion/sage, 1 pack peppers/onions with Asiago and Romano, 1 pack chorizo
- can substitute 1 pack kielbasa

Breakfast Bundle: 2 (1/2lb) packs each of country, maple, and sage sausage links, 1 pack bacon

3 Meats Bundle: 4 pork chops, 2 packs chicken quarters, 1 boneless lamb stew meat (or 1 pack beef chip steak)

Ground Meat Bundle: 4 ground beef, 2 ground pork, 2 ground lamb (can substitute 2 packs of ground pork for the ground lamb)

Lamb/Sheep Bundle: 1 pack lamb stew meat, 1 pack ground lamb, 1 pack sweet Italian sheep sausage, 1 pack country breakfast sheep sausage
