Happy Friday everyone, hope you had a great week! Unfortunately, I will not be at Transylvania Farmers Market, but I will be back next Saturday. You can find our products in Nature Hollow, The Etowah Meat Depot,and The Local Table. They just got their deliveries on Wednesday and Thursday, so they’re stocked up. Sam will be at Hendersonville Farmers Market, 8am-1pm tomorrow. If you haven’t tried our Viva blend, it is really delicious. Attached are some images of ways to use them. The pictures are of a chicken flatbread, it has chicken, onion, jalapeño, cheese, our micro greens, and the avocado Crema. Also, steak tacos, topped with radish slices, Mexican cheese, our micro greens and the Crema. Enjoy!

Avocado Crema Recipe

* 1 ripe avocado
* ⅓ cup sour cream
* ¼ cup cilantro
* Juice of 1½ limes
* 1 small garlic clove
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 3–5 tablespoons water

Blend until silky smooth and drizzle over the tacos or flatbread, then top with Viva Blend micro greens.

Hi friends, hope everybody's having a great start to their week. Just reminding everyone that we're at Etowah Lions Club farmers market on Wednesdays, 3 PM to 5:30 PM. You'll find us on Saturdays at two separate markets: Hendersonville Farmers Market, 8 AM to 1 PM, and Transylvania Farmers Market, 9 AM to noon. We have all your favorites, and we've brought back our Immunity Blend, which contains broccoli, pea shoots, amaranth, and beet microgreens. Note that we won't have it at every market, so keep an eye out for it. It's really good. I'll include some of the nutritional benefits in a comment below. Also, we have cooler lunch bags and cooler backpacks for purchase at our markets. The smaller green lunch bag will hold 3 to 4 medium containers or 2 large ones. The orange backpack will hold 5 to 6 mediums or up to 4 larges. We're selling the green lunch bag for $10 and the orange backpack for $20. With your purchase, you'll get two small pre-frozen ice packs. So, if you're out shopping and have errands to run, stop by and see us. Happy Friday, everyone! Tomorrow morning, Sam will be at the Hendersonville Farmers Market from 8am-1pm. You'll find me in Brevard, at the Transylvania Farmers Market, which starts at 9am and goes until noon. We will have all your favorites and lots of cantaloupe microgreens this weekend. If you haven't tried cantaloupe microgreens, they're really great and have a lot of nutritional benefits. I snapped some images from the internet about their nutritional benefits and ways to use them; take a look. I will attach the ways to use them in the comment section.
