Kathryn's Kuisine I am so excited to be catering for small intimate gathering of 4 to 20. My menu entrees are aimed to please and enhance your next party with loved ones.

With 25 years as a professional counselor and social worker for people with disabilities, I have always found fulfillment in service to others. For me, creating a scrumptious meal that draws people together is just another way of catering to the needs of people. In the bustle of our everyday lives, we all too often undervalue those things that so easily bring us joy and happiness- good food and good company. I constantly remind myself of this as I reflect upon my fondest memories of myself helping my mother with Thanksgiving dinner year after year. And I constantly renew my appreciation of good food and good company when I organize and cook at get-togethers for friends and family. I want to share this simple joy with you with healthy and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I have personally studied the diverse countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea and look to their flagship dishes to create my menu. For me, cooking for others is just the first step. The second comes from the satisfaction I feel when others enjoy my food and each other and create their own happy memories.

Yesterday I did something I’ve never done. I was able to combine both of my favorite work opportunities. Kathryn’s Kuisine prepared mindful appetizers to pair perfectly with La Lomita award-winning w**es, scoring up to 97 points. And working as La Lomita‘s W**e Experience Coordinator has been the best working environment with the kindness giving people and the club members are pretty awesome too.😘 **efood

Mediterranean vegetarian feast class was such a big hit on Wednesday night. Nothing is more fun than getting together with close friends and cooking together while sharing stories and creating memories. Had such a good time with these four lovely people. The best part, we laughed all the way through dinner, leaving not one bite behind.

The experience begins with a comparative tasting of two w**es from the same varietal and vintage—one from a local producer and one from an international producer. Guided by a professional sommelier, you’ll learn how to evaluate w**e through sight, aroma, and taste while discovering the unique stories behind each bottle.
A thoughtfully curated grazing board featuring artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments will be paired with the w**es. Together, we’ll explore why certain flavors complement one another and encourage you to discover your own favorite pairings.
Tuition Includes:
• Guided w**e education and lesson materials
• Use of authentic INAO tasting glasses
• Sommelier-led sensory tasting experience
• Professional tasting note sheets
• Curated grazing board with food pairings
• W**es from different regions of the world
• Take-home resources to continue your w**e journey
Tuition: $65 per student
Minimum Enrollment: 6 students
Whether you’re new to w**e or a seasoned enthusiast, this class offers a fun, educational, and delicious way to deepen your appreciation of w**e and food pairing.
