Today, the Pitt County 4H Farm to Table class came out to learn all about honeybees with Bob Yates! They learned just how important the queen bee is to the hive, as well as the different hive tools we use to care for and work with the bees. 🐝

One of the best parts of this Farm to Table class is that they’ll get to take what they learned one step further...they’ll be going back to make a recipe using honey! 👩‍🍳🍯

Bob Yates had such a fun time sharing a bit of insight about honeybees and beekeeping!🐝🌻

We still have sourdough bread available since we had already prepared the dough before the Ayden market was cancelled. If anyone is interested in any, let us know!
