Mr. Penguin loves the variety of b**rs available at bmc brewing. He loves the seasonals. He loves his specials, but his everyday go-to b**r is Mendel's dominant recessive kolsch style ale.

Great taste, light and refreshing on hot North Carolina days, it is his go-to brew. Stop in and give it a try, you might discover your new go-to brew too!

Today we’re raising a glass to the folks who keep this town moving — the makers, builders, growers, servers, and everyday do‑ers who make Chatham County feel like home.

Labor Day started as a celebration of workers fighting for fair hours and fair treatment. It’s still about honoring the people whose hard work holds communities together.

Look for bmc b**rs when you are out and about, if you don't see us on tap in your favorite watering hole, ask the Manager to contact us, we are happy to deliver! Not Mr. Penguin though, he is just along for the ride.
