Is anyone else LIVING for this weather?!!

Courtney blessed us with some Hertzog Brisket and Coover Wagyu ground beef chili! Get it as a cup and add cinnamon roll bread pudding OR get these nachos!!

We start with frying Fernandez Market Tortillas for chips then top them with chili, Cooper® Sharp American Cheese queso, pickled radish, white onion and avocado lime crema!

There are scallions and not white onions in the picture because we changed our mind on that topping after we tried it.

Our gluten free fryer is still down but we have some options (like these nachos!) to make up for it! Chips are still being fried in a sanitized and clean fryer before service.

Hoy nos gustaría saber que tal les parece la idea de incorporar mínimo una vez al mes, y tener el “Jueves de Birria” exclusivamente para platillos con birria. Ya sea quesabirria tacos, pambazos, birria ramen….. déjanos saber que es lo que les gustaría ver en el menú. No sean penosos, su comentario sería de gran ayuda. 💗
