Stop into The Meat Shed for some local lamb!

We picked up a couple of lambs this morning from 4K Livestock, here in Pittsburg, KS. We’re always more than impressed with quality of lambs we get from the Koenings, and these did not disappoint. Pop in and grab yourself some rib chops, loin chops, and/or some ground lamb. This is quite a treat.

We also have a solid supply of Local beef from Herlocker Farms, including our monthly batch of 35-day Dry Aged Ribeyes.
