What makes our sauce amazing, in addition to the fact that the main ingredient in every sauce is fermented peppers? It’s that all of the other ingredients are also of a high caliber! Here you see blood, red oranges being juiced, coconut milk (consisting of only organic coconut and water), whole ginger root, and whole turmeric root. Other ingredients in our ginger are our fermented cayenne peppers, some filtered water, white wine vinegar, and Local unfiltered honey.

I was looking for something different to take to a picnic . I found this recipe and it is really tasty. Its a hot honey tortellini pasta salad. Theres peaches in it too. I didn't have hot honey so I used regular honey and added some hot sauce, it balances the sweetness.
Using Sonny Rose Ranch wildflower honey and Hammajack Sauce sweet hot sauce (available in store next week 😉)
