Come out to Roots & Routes: A Food Maker & Buyer Symposium THIS Friday, September 25 at Chatham University University’s Eden Hall Campus.

Hosted by CRAFT Chatham at Chatham University in partnership with PA Department of Agriculture , Roots & Routes brings togethers from across our region to build connections, share resources, and find new pathways for a stronger regional food economy.

Throughout the day, you can:
* Connect with buyers, food businesses, farmers, distributors, and service providers
* Learn about markets, contracts, product development, branding, food safety, and business growth
* Explore resources and opportunities available to food businesses
* Build relationships with others working across our regional food system
* Enjoy a locally sourced lunch, networking opportunities, and an afternoon pizza happy hour at the Eden Hall Bread Oven

🎃PUMPKIN CHIA PUDDING 🎃

What you’ll need;
 
1/2 c chia seeds
1/4 c h**p hearts (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice)
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon 
 
1 can pumpkin purée
1/4 pure maple syrup (we ❤️ Paul Family Farms )
2 1/4 c unsweetened milk of choice 
 
For serving;
Plain or vanilla yogurt of choice 
Original or Pumpkin Spice Best Ever Granola
 
What you’ll do;

Mix dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix well.

Transfer to (4) containers for easy grab and go breakfasts or snacks throughout the week.

Top with a dollop of yogurt + Best Ever Granola
just before diving in! 🎃
