Sharing this made me feel like I was going to throw up

But, money transparency is always super inspiring to me- sharing for the person who has a recipe or a vision and feels like they need a nudge.

When I returned to teaching after our oldest son was born in 2014, I knew working out of the house full time wasn’t it as we grew and raised our family.

I started health coaching on the nights and weekends while teaching full time and after 2.5 years, was able to leave teaching. When COVID hit, my health coaching business and meal plans tanked. After a few months of racking my brain, was born.

Here in the next couple months, we’ll have done $1M in sales —while working part time, being paid, staying profitable, prioritizing our family & my health.
