Today our featured spring cookie is Blueberry Cheesecake! A deliciously creamy and slightly tangy cheesecake ganache is topped with a dollop of blueberry jam and hidden inside a juicy blueberry cookie! We even added a graham cracker crust for good measure 😉

✨🐣SPRING COOKIE SPOTLIGHT🐣✨

Our first featured cookie on our spring menu is the Burnt Almond Torte! This delicious cookie was inspired by one of Pittsburgh’s favorite cakes, from one of our favorite bakeries, Prantls.

Delicate, custardy-almondy, cake crumbs are folded into a sugar cookie and rolled in crunchy, sugary toasted almonds. It’s one of our favorites!

Carrot Cake (carrot cookie with cream cheese frosting ganache)
Marshmallow Chicks (sugar cookie with a familiar sugared marshmallow chick 🐣 😉)
Chocolate Crème Egg (chocolate cookie with a deliciously creamy filling)
Blueberry Cheesecake (blueberry cookie with a cheesecake ganache and graham crust)
Coconut Cream Pie (coconut cookie with pie crust chunks and creamy coconut filling)
Pineapple Upside Cake (pineapple cookie with yellow cake chunks, caramelized brown sugar, pineapple ring and a maraschino cherry)
Strawberry Shortcake (strawberry cookies with shortcake crumbs and strawberry/marshmallow ribbon)
