As a part of our go green initiative, we will be eliminating plastic packaging, straws, and bags. Switching to a more eco friendly packaging that allows for recycling. We will also be switching out our gasoline generator for a very powerful inverter with solar panels. This will be done within the next year!

I do not need anyone’s approval. I do not need to be accepted. I don’t need to be the best. I just needed to start! 3 years in the making. The first year I spent doing research and planning. The second and third I started spending the money and building the foundation for what would be my own food truck. As we approach the end of year I just had to take a moment and let me old self know all the hard work, sacrifices, and sleepless nights paid off! Next year we will be outside!!! Big facts! Even if I have to do it alone…..

The labels came yesterday for my new cookie collection. I need you all to understand that I’m not a Bakery! I’m not a cookie store! I own and operate a Food Truck. We offer concessions and sweet treats. That is the only reason cookies came about. If you are in Pittsburgh check out the Food Truck. If you are a supporter of MyFoodMywayOfficial, you can order the cookies online to show your support. Thanks -Chef D.H.

You always look and sound crazy until it all works out. Then they want to ask how you did it!

Today’s marks 25 years since that tragic day! I was in third grade and our entire school was on lockdown. First time I ever experienced something like this and it was absolutely horrible. You could feel the death and sadness in the air. Let us have a moment of silence and reflect on those whose life’s were impacted! The first responders had an amazing response, risking their lives to save others! May we never experience such a tragedy again -Chef D
