Frita the Food Truck has successfully made the maiden voyage from Charlotte to the Burgh... It's time to get our build on! She told me on the way home that she's lookin forward to the music festival gigs. Apparently she can't wait to be a kitchen on wheels that carries and serves up some awesome eggrolls rather than delivering nasty old Frito-Lay chips to fat kids little fingers....
