A few pics from our beautiful day yesterday. Hours spent with the horses, a walk to see the wildflower prairie, and more work on the businesses and the land. There’s a lot going on right now and it seems never ending, but it will all pay off. I know it’s all a part of God working his plan out through us. Romans 8:28

What dream has God placed in your heart? Trust Him. ❤️

These have become my evenings, whether it’s 5:00 in the winter or 9:00 in the summer. I feel so blessed to spend time with these animals. Each one is unique and teaches us about life and our connection with our Creator and Savior. I can’t wait to share more with you. 🐴✝️

Which one is your favorite? 😍🌸

These from the cut flower garden. I can’t believe what I have growing so far! These are just the Zinnias and a few Dahlias. The Dahlias are just starting. Next we have celosia, cosmos, snapdragons, amaranth, and aster peony…not to mention all the wildflowers that are starting to bloom.

Could this actually be the best time of the year?!? It is, if you love flowers!! 😁💐

🎉 Great news! Canada’s biggest horse slaughterhouse, Bouvry Exports, has closed for good 🐴💛 That’s a huge step forward for equine welfare.

But horses are still being shipped alive out of Canada to be killed overseas, which is heartbreaking and must stop. 🚫🐎

In the U.S., the last horse slaughterhouses closed in 2007, yet thousands of American horses are still exported to Canada and Mexico to be slaughtered. 📦

We can change this. 📣 Ask your U.S. Representatives and Senators to support the SAFE Act (Save America’s Forgotten Equines Act), which would ban horse slaughter for human consumption and stop live export of U.S. horses for slaughter.
