Kölsch Köllab: Brewing with Friends

A collaborative effort between Wye Brewing and Late Addition Brewing + Blending on a style we both enjoy: a kölsch-style German Ale.

Don’t ya love it when a b**r is as fresh and drinkable as it looks: straw-colored and clear, with delicate crackery malt character, a hint of sweetness, and a balanced spicy, light citrus note from a blend of Saphir and Sterling hops.
