For WORLD BAKING DAY, we're sharing one of our favorite recipes!

🍑 Nutty Nectarine Skillet Cake

A simple-to-assemble cake that moves from oven to table with ease and elegance. Fresh from the farmers market nectarines (or peaches) make this the perfect treat any summer evening.

✅ INGREDIENTS
1 c. flour
1/5 c. ground almonds
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 T Bumbleberry Farms 🍯 Pure Clover Honey, plus 1 T. for topping
1 egg
2/3 c. buttermilk
4 T of butter, melted
4 T of Peach Vanilla 🍑 Honey Cream Spread
2 fresh nectarines (or plums, peaches, apricots), pitted and sliced

It's the last day of our 15 Year Celebration and we can't help but take one more look back. It all started with a passion for beekeeping — and a dream that honey could be so much more. That dream became our honey cream spreads, and those spreads made their way to your table.

Along the way, we found ourselves in New York studios and on TV, opened a sweet little hometown store in Somerset, and passed the torch to a second generation who carried us all the way to Pittsburgh. We've mentored, laughed with, and been inspired by incredible co-workers. We've been humbled by recognition from the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Magazine, and we even got to share a little something extra together with a brother-sister cooking show. 🎬🍯

None of it — none of it — would have happened without you.

Today is the last day of our 15th Anniversary Celebration, and we're so grateful you've been part of this story. Here's to whatever sweet chapter comes next. 🥂
