“Tastemakers isn’t about *my* Taste. Or what *I want* everybody to be into,” Gizzle explains. “Tastemakers is a chance to celebrate FLAVOR. And draw attention to the who are actually making things happen around the city.”

Happening this Sunday October 18 is the fall edition of Tastemakers. Join us here inside Trace and outside along Clement Way (Graffiti Alley) from 2pm to 8pm for a FREE showcase of DJs (including a performance by the full union_djs_412 lineup), artists, clothing vendors curated by Harp of BYLEM, flash tattoos by Ericka 🌻 and of course the wing invitational with support from streetsonthefly.

Head to Taste Makers PGH to learn more - they’ve been dropping ALL the deets and specifics with a near-daily barrage of organic marketing and a dialed-in brand identity executed by Lem 🍋. We love 2 see it.

Welp, easy answer. It is happening and it is tonight.

Jess takes over the taproom with Radical Trivia at 7pm *every* Wednesday night. Gather a crew, come up with a team name and go round by round til a winner is crowned. Prizes if you’re good!!

And tonight’s food truck parked out front is Taqueria Pastorcito - they’ll start dinner service ~5pm with Al Pastor for the neighborhood. 💙

Peep our full taproom menu (it’s on the website!!) to see all *SEVEN* made-to-order cocktail options along with both canned options: Stateside Vodka seltzers and Creatives Drink Hard Tea (The T).

Finally, tonight is Poppy’s’s maiden voyage to Trace for a pizza Tuesday (Oct 13). Many of you reading this here in Bloomfield have already met RJ during pop-up service at Linea Verde Green Market!! We’re excited to have Poppy’s sling dinner on our side of the neighborhood starting at 4.30pm. 🍕

✨ Pittsburgh loves a hidden gem and here’s a little pro tip for the Home Team fans. We’re screening the Pittsburgh Steelers v Indianapolis Colts game here at Trace today AND streetsonthefly has WINGS out front. Unbeatable combo.

Also Hootie out in the wild is one of our favorite moments to stumble on lol (he’s a season ticket holder so maybe a lucky fan or two will run into him at FKA Heinz Field)

Come thru Bloomfield and bring a friend or two along! Plenty of seating and live action on our 110” projector. Let’s foot that ball!!!! 🎯

Slight food truck schedule pivot - Off The Press Burgers will pull up for *dinner* service later today in Bloomfield!!!

They’re swooping in to do a quick lunch service at Color Park for today’s Slammin Cans Graffiti Competition with Friends of the Riverfront and then rollin up to Bloomfield for double duty!!!

Folks can say hey to our offsite crew at Color Park (and eat some Off The Press Burgers) and folks chillin at Trace HQ can grab a smash burger closer to 5:30pm!! Appreciate folks’ patience!!!

🫡 Semi-annual reminder and hat tip to the Two Frays Brewery homies - they’re our *local* non-alcoholic b**r supplier and by local we mean 0.8 mi away (just up Penn Ave).

NA is a beverage category that only continues to grow - and we get it. The *going out* experience doesn’t have to always be about booze. A variety of Two Frays NA selections are in stock at Trace; today and everyday.

For your end of the work week funs, we’re chillin in the sunshine with Gary out front!! Grab a bite from Gary Marshall all evening beginning at 5pm. It’s Friday, y’all. 💙

Howdy! Sarah’s behind the bar and Hootie is out front with blowfishbbq on this peak fall Thursday (Oct 8). Dang, these days are rare (wow!)

Be sure to peep the diverse rotation of b**r styles!!! Jake’s put together a little something for everyone - we’re rockin a list right now that includes stout, saison, festbier, hop-forward choices, la**rs and a fruited wheat ale. U pick. We pour. 💙
