Out of the kitchen and onto the turf to crack a cold one, soak up a little Mount Washington sunshine + get to know Chef Andrew a little better.
Turns out, his history with Bigham goes back long before he became the Executive Chef. After playing hockey for 15 years, Andrew and his hockey buddies made BT their regular meetup spot, so stepping into the kitchen at a place he already knew and loved feels pretty full circle.
And he’s brought a little of that hockey mentality with him. Andrew looks at every busy shift like a game, you show up for your team, give it everything you have and walk away knowing you played it well. It’s that energy, paired with a real passion for food and genuine care for his team, that has made him feel right at home here.
From longtime BT regular to the guy now leading the kitchen, Andrew says he falls in love with this place a little more every day.
