I’ve been meaning to share that we have this in the store now! Very excited about it!

🐝 Pollen & infused honeys!!

There are sooooo many benefits to adding bee pollen to your diet. I’ll add a link below to one of the best sources I’ve found. It lists the many benefits but also includes how to get started with dosing suggestions as well as some creative ways to incorporate it into your daily routine. And most importantly, it includes some risks to consider before adding it to your diet!

I personally have started adding a small amount of the granules to my daily protein coffee. Super easy!

Now—our regular honey that we sell is local & raw from McCormack's Bee Farm! They actually have about 20 hives here on our farm!!

These new pollens & infused honeys are NOT local. We haven’t been able to find a local source—and we have tried!! But these are from a small family run apiary that we’ve partnered with who has the same values as we do so we’re certainly happy to have them here at The Hen!

And while local honey is always going to give you the MOST benefit for allergy relief in particular, ALL raw, unheated honey & pollen are still GREAT for you and loaded with health benefits.
