Breakfast is served. Ok, maybe not!
In the hustle of packing up Doug’s truck to head to the Portland Maine Farmers’ Market today, and then packing up a second truck to head to day 2 of the Common Ground Country Fair , I forgot that I popped a frozen muffin into the oven to warm up! It is now quite toasty and the kitchen is Smokey. 🫣 Time for Plan B!

End of summer vibes! A little less daylight, a little more sweater weather
Fall foods of the season- you can find them at the Portland Maine Farmers’ Market today, 7 am to 1 pm
We have pork roasts to go with the fresh apples and Pine Tree Parmesan for roasted squash, Town Square Taleggio to go with sweet potatoes. Pork sausages to stuff peppers or squashes.
Beef returns Wednesday next week!

Doug will be at Portland Maine Farmers’ Market tomorrow while Heather is in Boxborough MA for Day 2 of the New England Made Show
He will have yogurt, soft cheeses, aged cheeses, eggs and meats. Time t restock your pantries!

Today and tomorrow you can find a great assortment of high quality specialty foods and crafts in Boxborough, Mass at the 2026 New England Made Shows this is a wholesale show for buyers, distributors and retailers only. You can register at the door and there is no cost to attend.

What an amazing day at the 10th Annual Maine Cheese Festival! We were right out straight from the start to the finish with folks that braved the rain in the pursuit of cheese. Thank you to everyone who attended this year! It was amazing!
