The start to another great year.

We got rained on the other night picking beans and took shelter in the corn crib. Then Grandma came over and canned with us yesterday. I’m going to try and do better at sharing our canning and homesteading on our farm page. Just letting people know now I do sometimes rebel can so not all my recipes are approved by current canning regulations.

30 of this years doe kids

So as a lot of people know this is not our First blind baby’s we have had here at our farm. What a lot of people don’t know is how much Time and Work is put into a Blind baby. A lot of times it can be a week or two before they are able to stand and walk. The first days are spent helping the baby learn head control. After they get head control down then you can start working on standing. It’s always so awesome to see ho much the sound of your voice can always calm them down. One thing we are so thankful of is we have a family that always takes our special babies and gives them the best home! So we will get her started and to where she’s ready to go then she will go live with them.
