Joe's Garlic is grown in Rensselaer County in upstate New York. I grow 7 varieties of hard neck garlic. My garlic is grown in rich soil that has been fertilized with horse manure for 20+ years. No pesticides are used. I started growing garlic because I love cooking. I wanted to grow my own garlic so that I would have different varieties on hand for every type of recipe. REGULAR GARLIC (for cooking or planting): $5 for a quarter pound, $10 for a half pound, or $15 for a full pound. Varieties remaining are German Red, Brown Rose, and Chesnok Red.

BLACK GARLIC (regular garlic that has been fermented for 12 days): $12 for a quarter pound bag which includes 3 large bulbs or about half a dozen smaller ones.

All varieties are limited and will sell out soon.

There is also a small amount of bourbon-infused maple syrup remaining.
