Joe's Garlic Joe's Garlic offers homegrown garlic with a kick. Fresh garlic scapes available in mid-June and 7 varieties of garlic bulbs ready in August.

Also selling black garlic and maple syrup (traditional and bourbon-infused). Joe's Garlic is grown in Rensselaer County in upstate New York. I grow 7 varieties of hard neck garlic. My garlic is grown in rich soil that has been fertilized with horse manure for 20+ years. No pesticides are used. I started growing garlic because I love cooking. I wanted to grow my own garlic so that I would have different varieties on hand for every type of recipe. Since I started growing garlic in 2012 I have shared it with friends and family. Now that I have expanded my growing space I am beginning to sell my garlic.

Today at the stand are 1/4 pound bags of German Red, German White, Georgia Fire, Chesnok Red, and Brown Rose. Others are sold out.

We still have some squash and peppers. Maple syrup and other veggies are done for the year.

What's on your menu this weekend? If you need some garlic to spice things up, I've got you covered. 🧄

The garlic stand is stocked with 1/4 pound bags ($5 each) of all varieties except Spanish Roja, which is sold out. Brown Rose is almost gone.

If you’re looking for a larger quantity of other varieties (German Red, German White, Music, Georgia Fire, Chesnok Red) send a message and your order will be ready in about a day. Planting season is almost here! $15 a pound.

You'll also find seasoned dried tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and Roma tomatoes.
