How It All Started

I started Polar Springs back in 2004 and honestly it was one of the best decisions I ever made but it did not come easy.

Before going out on my own I worked long and hard to become one of the top distributors at another water company. I gave it everything I had, learned the business from the ground up and built a reputation for showing up and doing the job right every single time.

But I had a bigger vision. I wanted something of my own. Something I could build with purpose and something I could one day share with the people who matter most to me, my boys.

From early on both of my sons Casey and Morgan were right there with me riding along in the water truck, learning the routes, meeting the customers and seeing firsthand what it looks like to run a real business. But those rides were about so much more than water deliveries. That was where I got to pass down lessons about hard work, showing up with integrity, treating people right and never cutting corners no matter what.

Today Casey and Morgan run 1/2 the routes around Orange County delivering refreshing clean water with a smile and genuine gratitude to every single customer we serve.

And behind the scenes my wife Debbie and Daughter in law, Priscilla keeps everything running smoothly handling the day to day paperwork and our internal operations.

Polar Springs truly is a family effort and I could not be more proud of that.

Together we now serve over 2500 customers right here in the Orange County area and every single one of them means the world to us.

That is the heart of Polar Springs. A family business built from the ground up with grit, love and a whole lot of early mornings.

Twenty years later that same spirit is still in everything we do. Every delivery. Every jug. Every customer we serve.
