Meet One & Dunn, a bold expression of tradition, technique, and time.

This Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brings together a traditional triple mash brewing technique with successive aging in hand-selected premium rye whiskey barrels. The result is a thick, full-bodied stout where rich roasted malt and dark chocolate meet the distinctive character of rye oak.

The Craft
This one takes a little extra work.

The Brew: One & Dunn begins with a traditional triple mash technique, a time-honored process that builds the beer's rich, substantial body.

The Barrels: After brewing, the stout undergoes successive aging in hand-selected premium rye whiskey barrels, layering in bold rye oak character and whiskey-inspired depth.

The Sensory Profile
Appearance: Black with tan foam.

Aroma: Rye bread, vanilla, and dark chocolate.

Taste: Rich roasted malt and dark chocolate are balanced by bold rye oak barrel character.

Mouthfeel: Thick, full-bodied, and rich, with a lingering warmth from the rye whiskey barrels.

The Pairing
We're keeping things savory with a smash burger with grilled onions and seasoned curly fries. The richness of the burger and caramelized onions makes a natural match for the stout's roasted malt, dark chocolate, and bold rye barrel character.

Tradition meets innovation in One & Dunn. Ready to see what this one is all about? Head to the link in our bio or come by the Tasting Room to learn more.

The August Archive Sale doesn't officially begin online until Tuesday, August 18, but this weekend we're giving Tasting Room guests the first opportunity to explore a special selection of archive releases.

Even better, we'll have two extremely limited bottles available exclusively at the Tasting Room that won't be offered online:

- Black Tuesday Cognac Barrel-Aged
- Applescotch Crisp - Bourbon & Scotch barrel-aged Ale with Apples, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla, and Granola

Quantities for both are exceptionally limited. Once they're gone, they're gone for good.

You'll also find a fantastic lineup of archive favorites available to purchase, including Chocolate Salty BBLs, Flying High, Abuelita's Super Especial, Coffee Is Life, and Cookie Barrel, giving you the opportunity to secure some of our most sought-after releases before the online sale begins.

While you're here, don't miss the chance to enjoy two exceptionally limited Tasting Room bottle pours. Experience Peaches En Ruegalia, a bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout layered with peaches, graham crackers, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla beans, alongside Black Tuesday Gin Barrel-Aged, a rare interpretation of our flagship stout that showcases an entirely different side of Black Tuesday. These pours will only be available in limited quantities, so be sure to grab a glass while they last.

Planning to stay awhile? Our taps are pouring more than 30 beers, including two fresh Hazy IPA pilot beers, while Frozen Grove: Caramelized Pineapple returns as the perfect way to cool off during another warm Southern California weekend.

We've got a great lineup of local vendors all weekend long:

Friday – – All things loaded potato.
Saturday – El Cubano Kitchen – Authentic Cuban cuisine.
Sunday – – Burgers worth making a trip for.

Before you head home, don't forget to reserve your spot for one of our upcoming events. Tickets are still available for our Private Barrel Program Tasting & Bottle Share, Black Tuesday Blending Competition, and Beer & Chocolate Pairing, with each offering a unique opportunity to experience The Bruery beyond the glass.

We'll see you this weekend.

Some gifts are enjoyed once, others become keepsakes. Not a gift tag, not a card, but their name (or what ever message you’d like), beautifully gold-foiled onto a bottle of Black Tuesday Private Barrel.

That is exactly what you can to with the 2026 Private Barrel Project. You can create custom gold-foil labeled bottles of bottles of Black Tuesday Private Barrel, that has been aged for 18 months in Elijah Craig 18-Year Bourbon barrels.

Whether you're celebrating a wedding, anniversary, milestone birthday, retirement, or thanking an important client, it's a personalized gift that's meant to be shared, remembered, and kept long after the final pour.

For those looking to create an even more memorable experience, our 48-Bottle Experience also includes a private two-hour gathering in The Bruery Barrel House to celebrate your custom release with friends, family, or colleagues.

Because the best gifts tell a story before they're ever opened.

Orders close on August 31st, so visit the link in our bio to learn more and claim your custom bottles.
