57 Days later, our last grapes of the year, Cabernet Sauvignon. A couple more weeks of work in the cellar, but the end is near. Cheers to a beautiful 2025 vintage!

Another day, another pick! Today we’re harvesting Dolcetto for our rosé — and we might just be the only winery (or one of the very few) in California making a rosé of Dolcetto.

-Vivid pink in the glass
-Bursting with strawberry & cranberry
-Crisp, refreshing acidity

This block sits at the lowest part of our Estate, where the soils shift from volcanic to granitic. Just above it are the historic gold rich placer deposits that gave Placerville its name during the Gold Rush. We haven’t struck gold here — but we think this rosé comes pretty close!

Chardonnay! For those who love our Chardonnay, you know our site creates a vibrant, expressive wine that can only be made with mountain fruit on volcanic soil. Tons of minerality and citrus, with vibrant acidity.

First pick of the year, Estate Sauvignon Blanc. Some of the highest elevation Sauvignon Blanc grown in California, at 3,000ft on rocky volcanic soil.
