August 24-29, 2026 Shhh. Mums the word, but MUMS are coming sometime Friday! We know you are excited to start decorating! We have Bartlett Pears, $3 qt, $17 half bu, $32 bu. Apple varieties this week are Honey Crisp and Gala. We still have Ohio Green Beans, Squash and Cabbage. And, don't forget the main attraction - Sweet Corn! Deli Specials are Pan Roasted Turkey, $5.99 lb, Colby Cheese, $3.99 lb and Sliced Salami, $5.59 lb. We hope your kids had a great first week of school.

We got in lots of canners and Roma tomatoes today! Great for your saucing,canning, and salsa making needs!! Pricing is $18 per 1/2 bushel for the canners. Romas are $25 per 1/2 bushel. Looks like no rain today in Plain City, woo hoo! Have a great one folks!!

August 17-22, 2026 Just how good would homemade spaghetti sauce taste over pasta this January when it's cold and snowy? If you have the jars, we have the tomatoes. COMING WEDNESDAY ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS, we will have CANNING TOMATOES AND ROMA TOMATOES. We also have peaches, apples, sweet corn, green beans and much more! Deli Specials are Ham off the Bone, $5.49 lb, Provolone Cheese, $3.99 lb and Hot Pepper Cheese, $4.79 lb. See you all this week.

Good news! Despite the storms and mud, we’re getting out in the field this afternoon to pick white sweet corn. We will have it in the barn tomorrow morning starting at 9am while supplies last. These will be the last bins of white for the season. We will have plenty of bi color for the next couple weeks😀🌽
Also, we will have canning tomatoes available tomorrow for $18 per box, possibly some Romas as well if we’re happy with the quality. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

For those that were looking out for white corn today, it’s not quite ready.
We are hoping tomorrow, but maybe Wednesday. Soooo please give us a call before coming or look here for when we have it in the barn. Thank you!! The weather and corn decide we can only predict. Thanks for your patience, we know some of you love it.

August 10-15, 2026 Many of you have been waiting for canning tomatoes and romas. Call us this week for availability. Ginger Gold and Gala Apples are in stock and you can't go wrong with either one. Perfect for kids lunches. Homegrown Sweet Corn is still in full swing too. We are always on the look out for deli workers and cashiers / stock persons for the produce department. If you are attending college locally or are studying on-line, this is a perfect opportunity for you! Stop in for an application.
