We still have beef shares available for the one cow going for processing at the end of the month. Options include 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or up to 3/4. All meat is USDA inspected and comes packaged, labeled and pre frozen.

$8/pound hanging weight. Price includes processing and slaughter fees.

Take home weight is typically 75-100 pounds per quarter.

All of our cattle are pasture raised, grass fed, grass finished.

We have one beef heading for processing the end of August, meat ready about mid September. We have quarters, halves and a whole available. $8/pound hanging (this includes the processing fees.) comes packaged labeled and pre frozen.

Hay season 2026 started off with 206 square bales done off the first field. Thank you to the family for helping us get it picked up and put away.

Our beef herd grew a little bit more this weekend! Our Hereford cow Curly gave birth to a nice bull calf and we bought a Red Angus cow and her calf. Help us name our new herd members.

Picked up the beef from the processor yesterday and it looks SO GOOD!!! Hope everyone who bought all the shares enjoys it!

We finally got the fence done for the last pasture and the herd moved over!! Blue skies and cattle grazing doesn't get much better than that.
