We reside on a four acre property approximately twenty miles West of Indianapolis, Indiana. We are devoted to providing the most nutrient dense and sustainable crops that we can produce. Two of our children share a specific microdeletion, and our youngest has a second microdeletion and microduplication. What this translates into is a very low tolerance for High Fructose Corn Syrup, Celiac Disease,

and many other intolerance issues with processed foods. So that automatically takes 80% of the grocery shelf items off our menu. We determined that chance, from urban to rural, would enable us to grow the foods we need to feed our family. Our focus is on not only reducing our carbon footprint but also exploring what alternative energy options are available, Geothermal Heat, closing our carbon loop and more.
