My niece wanted cheesecake for her birthday so I had to custom all of her faves into one cheesecake! Half coconut and strawberry. Topped with strawberries, toasted pecans and coconut. Drizzled with caramel and chocolate on an Oreo base. I hope she loves it! ❤️

This 6 inch went out today. The customer asked for light strawberry topping so I piled on the strawberries with the topping at the end. 🍓
