Fischer Hill Flowers Hey, glad you are here. We're a fresh cut, you-pick flower farm located between Plainview and Elba. Open weekends July, August & Sept.

We grow all of our own flowers and are open from the beginning of the blooming season until the first frost, which is typically in early July. We specialize in build-your-own bouquet bars for small groups. To reserve a spot, please email us at [email protected]. Keep an eye out for pop-up events on our page! We have thousands of flowers for you to walk through and enjoy. You can

pick your favorites to take home and enjoy the free smells of lemon balm, cinnamon basil, and sweet pea. Visit the donkeys and take in the farm. We will post updates when these bouquets are ready to be harvested. We have plenty of relaxing spots for you to enjoy, so feel free to bring a picnic and drinks to savor the beauty! We can’t wait to share our flower farm with you!

Help us plan SUMMER 2026 at Fischer Hill Flowers 💐

Last year, many of you visited on weekends, and we loved helping with bouquet picking and arranging. But we also realize life is busy — and weekends fill up fast!

This year, we’re considering a few changes to offer more flexibility and make the flower farm easier to enjoy all summer long. ☀️

✨ We’re thinking about:
• Opening the flower farm 7 days a week as a truly self-serve you-pick experience
• Open daylight hours so you can visit whenever it works best for YOU
• Providing containers, snips, and everything you need — though there may not always be someone onsite to assist with picking

🌿 We would still offer special events like:
🥂 Sip & Snip nights
🌿 Yoga in the flowers
🎶 Live music nights
