It seems I owe you all some updates from last weekend’s bakes!

I managed to make caramel roll focaccia and apple fritters.

The caramel roll focaccia will be added to the menu, but the apple fritters not so much. Although they were delicious, I cannot justify the time it takes to make just a few. I will stick to the apple fritter focaccia instead. That was a hit last year!

Enjoy the final test bake update photos and if you’d like to order a caramel roll focaccia or an apple fritter focaccia, I’d be happy to fulfill your order.

Each one is $20 for a 9x13 size pan.

Goodness me, yes I am still here! I am not sure where summer went, but I can assure I was trying to soak up every minute I could! I did some custom order bakes but did not do much promoting! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today I am testing out some sourdough caramel pecan focaccia rolls and apple fritters. I also plan to try my hand at apple c***r donuts, so stay tuned for some updates over the next couple of days.

Today definitely feels like fall and I am loving it!
