We sell chicken and duck eggs

In the near future we will have ducklings and guinea keets for sale. We started in the spring of 2014 for our kids 4-H projects.

We feed our poultry non-gmo feed and they are cage free and free range. Most of our different varieties have names. Last year at the 4-H poultry show they all received blue ribbons. They entered many different classes. Our son won Champion drake with his Khaki Campbell duck named "Nestle". Our daughter won Champion pullet in the poultry class with her Ancona duck "Charlette". The Chicken Chick

***Please allow me to clear up some confusion with regard to medicated chick starter feed.***

1) The medication in chick starter feed is NOT an antibiotic.

2) Medicated chick starter feed is NOT affected by the USDA's new rule change prohibiting the purchase of certain antibiotics over the counter. (I explain how that new rule affects you here.-->

3) Medicated chick starter feed IS STILL AVAILABLE for purchase at feed stores like Tractor Supply Co..

4) If your chicks were vaccinated for coccidiosis, they should not eat medicated starter feed. If you chicks were vaccinated for Marek's disease they CAN eat medicated chick starter feed.

5) The medication in chick starter feed is amprolium. It is contained in the feed in small amounts to protect chicks from a deadly intestinal disease known as coccidiosis. The medication keeps the coccidia population in their guts down to a dull roar while chicks develop resistance to the protozoa populations in their environment.(I discuss coccidiosis here. --> http://bit.ly/TIjeHq )

6) Medicated chick starter feed is NOT a CURE for ANY disease, including coccidiosis.
