Busy day for the Rollin Smoke Shack crew! 🔥

We had the pleasure of catering for the Mayo Clinic’s Interventional Radiology Department earlier today, and then wrapped up the evening serving the Plainview, Minnesota Lions Club at their holiday party. 🎄
On the menus:
Sliced turkey breast
Sliced & Chopped brisket
Cheesy potatoes
Mac n’ cheese
Baked beans
Coleslaw
…all topped off with our homemade condiments and sauces that make everything just right.
A huge thank you to both groups for having us!! serving great people is what makes these long days worth it!

Y’all have been keeping us rolling…literally! 💨 We’ve been busy smoking, slicing, and serving up some mouth watering BBQ for catering orders all over town, and we’re LOVING every minute of it. Nothing makes us happier than firing up the smokers and feeding a crowd!

As we look ahead, we’re excited for all the events, parties, and celebrations still to come. If you’ve got something cookin’ on your calendar, don’t forget, we’d love to bring the flavor! From backyard get togethers to big time bashes, we’ve got the smoke to make it unforgettable.
