One of our employee favorites here at Rollin Smoke is our loaded baked potato!
A baked potato, with a slab of butter, drizzled with cheese sauce, topped with either our perfectly smoked chopped brisket or pulled pork, with a spoonful of our homemade brisket baked beans, and topped with some shredded cheese 🤤
try this with some of our house made sauces, you will not regret it!
Let’s keep the smoke rollin!
