Here you go, folks! We've gotten a ton of calls and messages about getting more maple since this past weekend, so here we go...

We'll be opening The Sugar House 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟴, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝗽𝗺 for you to get any of the Maple products that we have left!

Please note: this is ONLY for the Maple Products that we offer, not for hot food or bakery treats. Our pancake mix will be available, also!

Now that everything is broken back down and everyone's back home, I just want to take a minute and profusely thank everybody that came this weekend to celebrate NH Maple Weekend with us and support your local Sugarhouse. This year's event was absolutely stellar, and even with the weather reports giving us a bit of a scare in the week leading up to it, y'all still showed up and showed the love.

I'm supremely proud to say that we utterly SHATTERED our previous record, and served up OVER NINE HUNDRED plates of pancakes this weekend! 🤯 I definitely couldn't have done it without such an amazing crew, and I'm truly blessed to have such great people around me. 🤩

Thanks also once again to the Hicks family at the Sugarhouse for giving us the opportunity to flip all those pancakes and feed everyone. I appreciate the faith you guys put in us more than I can say.

If anyone has any photos from the weekend, please make sure to tag us at Flippin' Fabulous Pancakes or The Sugar House at Morningstar Farm We were all so busy running around, we really didn't get a chance to take any. I'd love to see what Maple Weekend looked like through your eyes and lenses!

It's just 11 Days Until 2026 NH Maple Weekend at The Sugarhouse at Morningstar Farm!

How does NH maple syrup get its taste? Through many factors!
Different flavors emerge from syrups sourced from various provenances, influenced by factors such as soil type and local weather, seasonal variations, and the specific boiling techniques employed.
During the heating and boiling phase, the chemical process called the “Maillard reaction” makes the amino acids in the sap react with its sugar, causing it to brown. This gives NH maple syrup its unique flavor, color, aroma, and antioxidant properties!

We're here at the Plaistow Festival of Trees again until 4pm today!

Come check us out at the The Sugar House at Morningstar Farm table at the back wall of the vendor room!

The Plaistow Lions have their Santa Breakfast going until 10am, also! Come support a great cause and take a chance at winning a prize from one of the fabulous vendors or maybe one of a few dozen fantastic decorated trees!
