What’s for dinner?

Fried chicken and rice smothered in Flamin Pineapple Hot Boyz sauce.

•RECIPE:
Clean the chicken
Pat dry
For each piece of ck, add the following seasons:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Tony Chacheres or your favorite seasoning
Coat the chicken with spices and olive oil in a bag
Place in fridge for at least two hours or overnight
……2 hrs later or the next day……
Preheat the oil
Fry until ck reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees
Enjoy with your favorite Hot Boyz sauce

•RICE:
Sauté onions, mushrooms, peppers in unsalted butter
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic
While veggies are sautéing, boil water in another pot
When veggies are finished sautéing,
add instant rice, cover, cook till tender
Serve with your favorite Hot Boyz sauce
