We had a nice visit with the owner of BRAND Winery yesterday. We tasted through a spectacular line up. Thank you Jim beam for the visit. We look forward to hosting you back for a tasting so all can enjoy.

We had a spectacular wine dinner at Crest Bistro last Saturday night. Chef Nick Totten has officially raised the bar when it comes to gourmet food.

Adam and Chef Nick paired the food menu and wine selection perfectly. This is the first of many wine dinners that we will be hosting at Crest Bistro.

Be on the lookout for our next wine dinner date. It's coming up sooner than you think.

We had a great turn out for season 2 of Buon Vino Fantasy Football League. Football, pizza, wings, ribs and wine! What more could you ask for!

Late Summer and Seafood Wine Dinner

As previously mentioned, to further expand what we can offer to you, we have partnered with Chef Nick Totten over at Crest Bistro in order to be able to do full wine dinners for you! Last month, Nick and I were both physically melting from the heat, and we agreed that seafood and white wine is what Texas needs right now, and so we did just that.

Chef and I put together an incredible 5 course meal, thoughtfully paired to with some absolutely breathtaking wines. I will be presenting these wines during the meal, giving us an opportunity to appreciate and understand how much wine can help take an already delicious bite, and elevate it to an experience.

This tasting will be held on Saturday, September 20th, at 6:00 P.M., and I cant wait to see you all there!

Just had a great meet and greet with the winemaker Brian Bicknell from Mahi Wines and winemaker Andy Grozier from Burn Cottage Vineyard. The wines were "killer man!"
