I Made My First $1 Million Harvesting OTHER PEOPLE’S PROPERTIES.
I’m walking through a property in Ybor City where I planted moringa trees back in 2018.
Today, the owner is a member of The Grow Moringa Collective and has about 10 HUGE mama moringa trees loaded with fresh greens, flowers and drumsticks.
Those long pods are why moringa is sometimes called the Drumstick Tree. Inside are the seeds—and those seeds can contain substantial amounts of valuable moringa oil.
But here’s the business lesson:
I didn’t start with my own land. I used Other People’s Properties, the OPP method. You don’t have to own the land to start a moringa business either.
A big part of my journey to my first $1 MILLION in moringa sales came from harvesting trees growing on other people’s properties.
Find the trees.
Build relationships with property owners.
Learn to harvest correctly.
Separate the leaves, stems, flowers, pods and seeds.
Then learn how to properly dry and process the harvest into valuable moringa products.
That last step is the SECRET to having a finished product. 👀
You can start small, learn the system, and build your supply network before you ever own a farm.

🌱 Grow it. Harvest it. Process it. Sell it.
