This weekend, Wines of the Odyssey brought our Antiquity Collection to life through an afternoon of remarkable wines, culinary pairings, history, and shared discovery.

Guests journeyed through historic varietals and special library vintages while owner and winemaker Jerry Bernhardt shared the stories, places, and ancient traditions that inspired the collection.

Pairings inspired by the Aristotelian Table brought another layer to the experience, connecting the wines in our glasses with flavors rooted in the ancient world.

🍷🎶 September at the winery is looking good!

As summer begins to wind down, we’re filling the calendar with plenty of reasons to spend a day–or an evening–in the Houston Hill Country.

We’re kicking things off Labor Day weekend with our Sangria Soirée, followed by a month of live music celebrating everything from Def Leppard and Pat Benatar to Chris Stapleton, Toby Keith, Ozzy Osbourne, The Beatles, Queen, and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
