First Parkville Wednesday Farmers Market of the 2026 season! See you 12-4pm.
We have a few pints of fresh blackberries along with our preserved goods (applesauce, butters, jelly, & pie filling).
New treats for afternoon markets include a cheeseburger pickle hot pocket sandwich, 3 varieties of no bake cookies, & refreshing slushie to cool you down!

Our first Wednesday market is tomorrow! We will have a good turn out of vendors and a food truck! Wednesdays are typically calmer than our Saturdays so if you’re looking for that, come join us! We’ll be open noon - 4 pm.

Group size will be 10-20 campers who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. We will explore our cardinal directions to make maps of the farm 🧭, daily care for the animals 🐔🐐, get our hands dirty planting and harvesting 🌱, and enjoy daily crafts 🎨 and exploration around the farm! 🔍

Come see all the wonderful vendors and what we've been working on all winter!
We have donuts (lemon🍋 & blueberry🫐), berry sponge cake roll, cinnamon rolls , coffee☕️, tea, and many, many preserved apple🍎 and peach🍑 goodies from last season (jelly, butters, pie filling, and sauce).

Grateful. Joyful. Abundance.

It has been a full year (+1 day) of farm life at Apple of My Eye. We have been really reflective in February. So many people to thank - our families, our real estate agents, our employees, fellow farmers & orchardists, SO many contractors, Parkville Farmers Market, and most importantly - YOU - our community & neighbors! We are thrilled to be planted and serve our community, providing a farm friendly experience. To those who were able to join us our first season to make "core" 🍎 memories with us, thank you. 1 year down, 49 years to go!

Speaking of memories, these are our highlights:

Here are a few photos from our morning and evening chore routines at the orchard. You can clearly see the paths I’ve been taking through the snow as I move between the animal shelters, same routes, different light.

As always, Eleven tags along for both the early mornings and end-of-day rounds, making the most of the fresh snow and turning chores into playtime.

Hope everyone is staying warm during this winter stretch. We’re bundled up, keeping things moving, and excited to continue orchard prep as we look ahead to the 2026 season.
