Felt like eating some beef short ribs today❤️ I cooked them in some red w**e with fresh thyme and a lot of fresh garlic❤️ These are fork tender and a very nice size. I couldn’t eat a whole one. I paired them with some creamed red potatoes with a lot of butter and cream and a veggie medley(not shown)❤️
