Took some time sunday to visit some friends to the north. Picked up a beautiful fullblood doe. Miss Minnie, she's still camera shy. I've been trying to get a picture where she's not hiding behind stuff since sunday...... Seen beautiful goats. Also came home with a cab full of plants! Lol! 14 hours away total, easy drive, beautiful country, and good friends. Grateful for the friends I've made because of these silly goats!

We've started to wean some kids. Commercial, % registered, and a couple of crossbred boer/nubian, boerxfainter (75/25) and a set of 100% fullblood tiger dapple bucks. Lots of solid black, red, paints, and dapple cape kids to pick from.

Looking for a new herd. Yearling commercial doe bred for end of may. Sire is a fullblood black buck. May also consider moving her twin sister and her 1 week old kid for a package deal. This buck is throwing super active fast growing aggressive kids. She's pictured with her twins 1 week old solid red doeling. She is 6 weeks younger than the rest of the kids. She is the one giving them hell.

I have a very love hate relationship with spring. Love the "newness" hate the dang mud. There would be more kid pictures but they are so dirty. So enjoy this little hog pile until it stops raining and they clean up a little
