Welcome to Top Line Meats! All of the beef sold here is USDA inspected. This is not your traditional beef! This breed Corriente goes back to the Spanish days of settlers in Mexico. These cattle are super lean and very very tasty! The flavor and appearance looks a lot and tastes a lot like bison. We are 100% grass fed here. With pasture rotation and native grasses it’s some of the best beef out there. If you want something unique and delicious give our beef a try.
